Camping in the heart of nature near Bourges

Every year, from April to October, we open the doors to our little corner of paradise, campO'village, a 3-star family campsite in Vierzon, near Bourges.

On the 2 hectares of parkland, you'll stay close to nature, just a few kilometers from the center of Vierzon. The campsite is bordered on both sides by forest.

The real plus of our campsite: its proximity to the Cher River. You'll enjoy relaxing on the banks (swimming is prohibited in the Cher).

The sound of birdsong and the sounds of squirrels will accompany your getaways near Bourges!

At our campsite surrounded by nature near Bourges, we've been working as a family for many years.

We aim to create a friendly atmosphere in an authentic and natural setting.

Our entire team is at your service and will help you create your stays tailored to your needs and desires.

To learn more about our family-friendly campsite near Bourges, contact reception from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The snack bar and bar

At our riverside campsite, we offer a snack bar and a bar, open every day from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

  • At the snack bar, we offer a small gourmet menu featuring pasta, daily specials, fries, kebabs, sausages, and a variety of desserts.
  • At the bar, you can enjoy a drink or an ice cream. You'll especially appreciate the terrace!

In July and August, take advantage of the bread delivery service by reservation.

Breakdown services

At campO’village, we've thought of everything to make your getaways easier.

You'll find a delicatessen, stocked with local products: jams, pasta, and many other local specialties.

For the enjoyment of our campers, we lend you barbecues. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available 24/7 at our campsite reception.

13kg propane gas bottles are also available for sale.

Places of conviviality

Young and old alike will enjoy sharing moments full of simplicity and conviviality in our campsite surrounded by nature a few kilometers from Bourges.

 You'll stay in the heart of 2 wooded hectares. Numerous outdoor spaces are available, including a children's playground, ping-pong tables, and pétanque courts.

 You'll have fun every time at your campsite with mobile homes near Bourges.

Each pitch and each rental unit has one parking space.

We also provide our campers with public parking.

For cycle tourists passing through the region, we offer a bike shelter.

Locations and rentals

At our 3-star campsite in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from Bourges, we offer unfurnished pitches for campervans, tents, and caravans, as well as comfortable mobile homes and unusual tents.

We provide our travelers with sanitary facilities with toilets, showers, washing-up sinks, a disabled access area, and a nursery.

  • By motorway: Take the A71 motorway, but do not exit at "Vierzon-Nord." Take exit 6 for "Vierzon-Est," 5 minutes away, or take the A20 motorway and exit 7 for "Vierzon-Bourgneuf," 10 minutes away.
  • From the train station: 30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bike, or €10 by taxi.
  • From Paris: 2 hours by train, 2.5 hours by motorway, 3.5 hours by national road.
  • Beauval Zoo: 1 hour by departmental road, 50 minutes by motorway.
